Global English Editing provides professional English editing, localization, and transcreation services for business documents, technical manuals, marketing materials, and sales copy.

Our services are designed to improve the clarity, accuracy, and effectiveness of written English content for international businesses targeting English-speaking markets.

We reserve the right to decline any project at our sole discretion. Factors that may lead to project rejection include but are not limited to:

• Content related to political matters or advocacy
• Content related to social issues or activism
• Content involving sexual matters or adult themes
• Content that violates intellectual property rights
• Content that we deem inappropriate or outside our expertise

If a project is declined after submission, any prepayment will be fully refunded within 5 business days.

Pricing is determined on a per-project basis and will be provided in a formal quote after reviewing your project details. Factors affecting pricing include:

• Type of content (technical, sales, marketing, etc.)
• Word count or document length
• Complexity and technical difficulty
• Turnaround time requirements

Payment terms will be specified in your project quote. We typically require 50% upfront payment for new clients, with the balance due upon project completion.

We include one round of revisions with every project to ensure your complete satisfaction. Additional revision rounds may be provided at an additional cost, depending on the scope of changes requested.

Revisions must be requested within 14 days of project delivery. After this period, any changes will be treated as a new project and billed accordingly.

We treat all client documents and information as confidential. We will not share, publish, or disclose your content to any third party without your explicit written permission.

Upon request, we are willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for sensitive projects.

You retain full ownership of all content you provide to us. Upon full payment, you also own all rights to the edited/localized content we deliver.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use and edit all content you submit to us, and that such content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

While we strive for the highest quality in all our work, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as increased sales or improved search rankings.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

You may cancel a project at any time before work begins for a full refund. Once work has commenced, cancellation fees will apply based on the percentage of work completed:

• 0-25% complete: 25% cancellation fee
• 26-50% complete: 50% cancellation fee
• 51-75% complete: 75% cancellation fee
• 76-100% complete: No refund available

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Modified" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
